Joe entered the real estate industry in 1996 as a part time agent for Northland Real Estate. He later obtained his broker license and opened his own company - Knutson Real Estate, Inc. Joe gained strong contract negotiation and project management skills in his years prior to real esate, working in the private business sector. He now operates two offices - Pine City and Rush City and continues to represent both buyers and sellers in residential and commercial sales. Carl entered into the real estate business over 35 years ago. In the early 80's Carl opened 3 Century 21 offices and managed 20 Sales Agents. In the mid-80's Carl left the real estate brokerage and became the Regional Vice President for Frandsen Financial Corporation.
