Starting in May 2009, Knutson Real Estate would like to donate $250 to the Pine City Scholarship fund Community Scholarship Criteria 1.The property being bought or sold must be located within Pine City school district #578 2.Sale price of properties must be $100,000 or more 3.Knutson Real Estate must be receiving commission from representing either buyer or seller or both parties. 4.Knutson Real Estate, Inc. will reduce their commission by the $250, so long as the buyer or seller agrees to donate the reduction to the Pine City scholarship fund. **This will neither increase nor DECREASE the total expense paid out by property seller, it merely reallocates the $250 from Knutson Real Estate to the Pine City High School Scholarship Fund. 5.$250.00 check will be written to Pine City Scholarship fund upon successful closing. 6.The Buyer or Seller of the property will get to claim the $250 charitable deduction on their own taxes. 7.Scholarship $ will be distributed to a high school senior graduating in school year that donation is made, in the name of the buyer or seller. 8.High School scholarship committee will pick the recipient of the scholarship. 9.Funds will be held by the high school until they are distributed to that year’s recipient.
